The river Wye has some of the best fishing in the UK with its many tributaries and water ponds and lakes. From Ross you can find 5 miles of superb fishing on the River Wye with excellent fishing for barbel, chub and pike along with perch, roach, dace and some grayling.The local Ross Angling Club has loads of information for local fishing.
Bridstow also offers a local fishing lake which can be booked on request.
